For Pride Event a Point of Difference Project

1. General Information

This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled for registrations, purchases, and services provided by Pride Event a Point of Difference Project (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By completing a booking or purchase, you agree to this policy.


2. Cancellation by Participants

If Pride Event a Point of Difference Project cancels an event, participants may choose between:

  • A credit toward a future event

We are not responsible for additional expenses such as travel or accommodation.


5. Event Changes

If we must adjust the schedule, location, or program—for example, due to weather, safety, or logistical reasons—this does not entitle participants to a refund unless the entire event must be canceled.


6. Force Majeure

In cases beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies), we may:

  • Reschedule the event,
  • Offer a credit for future events, or
  • Provide a partial refund depending on circumstances.

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within [14] business days.
