1. Who is the Rainbow Teen Camp for?

The camp is designed for teens aged 13–18, including LGBTQ+ youth and allies. No prior camp experience is required.


2. Is the camp safe and supervised?

Yes. Safety is our highest priority.
Our team includes:

  • Trained youth counselors
  • Staff educated in diversity & inclusion
  • Adults available 24/7
  • First-aid certified team members

We follow strict anti‑bullying, privacy, and safety guidelines.


3. Does my teen have to be “out” to attend?

No. Many campers attend while questioning or not publicly out.
Our environment is confidential, respectful, and supportive.


4. What activities are offered during the week?

A mix of creative, social, and outdoor programs, including:

  • Art, writing, music, theater
  • Team challenges & games
  • Campfires & evening activities
  • Small-group discussions about identity, confidence, and community

Participation in all activities is optional.


5. How are accommodations arranged?

We aim to provide comfortable and inclusive housing.

  • Group cabins with adult supervision
  • Gender-inclusive options
    We work closely with parents and teens to find the arrangement that best fits their comfort level.

6. What about meals and dietary needs?

7. Can campers bring their phones?

Yes, but phone use is limited outside of free time.

8. How do you handle medical or mental health needs?

Our team is trained to support teens respectfully and sensitively.
We ask parents to:
